1000th page and you hit the top! Stacks, shmacks I'm starving!! It doesn't have to be anything complicated, how about a veal sammich with mushroom, hot peppers oozing in stringy mozzarella with a side plate of gnocchi in meat sauce, rapini in garlic and olive oil, calabrese bread, Caesar salad, a small platter of cheeses and cold-cuts (prosciutto a must) and polenta in sauce with sausage. This should be enough til the morning when the kitchen officially opens.

OMG, pretzels and banana is so mangacake and soda water without gin is not going to work.
