There is much easier ways to Ya for these "pressure situations" for the actor/actress.
The contract should have a claise for a rep to be present during all nudity scenes. If there is an advocate there, then they can either hash out new details on the fly or insist the producer or director call it for the day and start a retake on the scene if need be later when a rep can hash out the details then.
Put it in time-limits and shit but it doesn't seem like rocket science.
If the problem is they fell they can't say no when put on the spot, then have someone there to say no for them. Easy peasy.
