I love the sparkly graphic of TO on their home page.
Running a successful agency these days, requires an excellent digital experience for the client, as much as excellent real life service. If clients get frustrated with poor website quality and function, they're less likely to proceed to booking an appointment.

Guys look at websites? Really. I don't think I'm the only independent that becomes frustrated when being contacted by a client who has neglected going to my site, when in my ads I request they first look at my website before contacting me, few do. Hmmm, maybe it's different with agency's.

To answer your question. Very simple. I feel we have done well with our in-call Agency and to be honest it simply creates problems trying to book out-call via when the girl working in call. Plus there is girls who solely want to do out-calls. So the solution expand the brand and offer the best of both worlds to whatever your fancy in or out.
Easier to control from our end, and easier for you gents to chose what you want when you want it. Sure we could of left it in one, but the whole point is to make life easier for all.... I think we have done that..

I am in the process of making my site and this is one of the things I will be ensuring I deal with on a very limited basis. I think I have a plan for it, but I will probably fail in my attempt. LOL

As commented earlier, I get frustrated by poor design and navigation. This was my job back in the day, to design and develop applications. I led a large development team and decades later, my apps are still in use at those institutions.
