Personally I would be open in meeting the couple. However perhaps in a neutral more social setting as in a restaurant just to keep the atmosphere relaxed and not to put them out.

I welcome expression of feelings, dialogue, debate and exchange of opinions with respect, dignity and a level head. If this is a simple case of malingering, which it could be, I am not interested.

The couple and, we should not knock a society or ones system of beliefs, only try to understand them, educate and if you wish to try to change a belief or lifestyle understand there should be no compulsion and only lead by example and leave the rest to "the higher power" if that is within your dogma. Berzoko, and Ida, I want you to know that there are a lot of great, great people on this board...and passionate, as illustrated by some of the responses in this thread. All the members I had met at the HUBGFE party were outstanding individuals and one would really benefit and be fortunate knowing them and in calling them their friends.
