Nurse charged in senior sex assault

Toronto Police have charged a city nursing home worker with sexually assaulting an elderly patient.


A 70-year-old woman was sexually assaulted Monday at around 3 p.m. at Castleview Nursing Home on Christie St., according to investigators.
Leonid Kozlov, 45, a registered nurse practitioner, has been charged with sexual assault.


He remains behind bars after making an appearance in a Finch Ave. courtroom.

Let us give this man a fair trial and hear all the evidence against him.

Based on the nature of the crime and the severity a equal punishment should be awarded.

In the most severe cases I'm in favour of 20 year sentences to get theses dirtbags off the streets and out of society.
