The Liberals have literally bankrupt the province of Ontario, which by all reasonable accounts is now essentially financially insolvent, and will remain so for at least 25 years to come. The Liberal 'Party' (if it can still be called such) has also turned a once highly productive province into nothing more than a useless boat anchor dragging the country's economic engine deep into the abyss. Doesn't bode well for Canada as a significant player in the global game.
The Doug Ford PCs have campaigned and won on a platform of fiscal restraint and a return to economic stability for an aging population base that is now more retired people than working adults. Without a return to economic prosperity, how can the province afford to care for these people and provide for their basic essentials of life in old age?
Seems strange, given these facts that you continue to support a mantra of free, uncontrolled spending and politically correct social programs that really only benefit special interest groups, rather than the province as a whole, better yet the country. Is that really the answer to this crisis?
I think not, and I think the federal liberals are soon going to learn the same tough lesson their provincial counterparts were just forced to accept.
Either way, the province and its citizens are fucked for a very long time because of people who think just like you do. So glad I don't live in Ontario.
Well said. Nobody could be worse then Kathleen Wynne--LOL
