Having never done one myself I can't add much, but sounds like you've picked someone you'll probably find things work out with good luck
During my heavy hobby days I did it twice. The first one just bored me but the second one was fun to chat with. My advice is to choose a SP that in articulate, intelligent and a good listener. Otherwise you'll be wasting your money.

I've had a couple good overnights and a couple not so good. Last weekend was not so good. Fun girl I know well. Been on extended dates before never overnight. The plan was concert and then club. The plan was for her not to get wasted. Never got to the club. She got severely wasted, way more than the few drinks she had over a long time. So I don't know what she was popping or using, but she got flagged for a 1/2 timeout going into the concert! (Embarrassing) Then she was fall down wasted by the time the concert was over. Rude and obnoxious! I felt like a baby sitter and was embarrassed to be with her in public. I wanted to abandon her but I wouldn't do that, I do care for her, over 2 years history, some good times.
Got her back to the room after she passed out in the cab.
I told her to pack up, she can take a cab or I'll drive her home. Then I got the hour long sob story as she sobered up. She wanted to stay. No bed time sex, went to 2am golden griddle.
Morning was better. Woke up hard and she jumped right on willing as ever.
I still feel cheated. I shouldn't have to pay to babysit.
Got her back to the room after she passed out in the cab.

thanks... its a good warning... I don't think that'll be a problem but its a good cautionary tale.

I suspect every bathroom break was an occasion to sniff sniff. It's a shame knowing the fees of an overnight stay but you are a gentleman TFZL1
Overnights can be fun, a hotel is nice, that way its more relaxed and room service
It's something I offer and a treat to have for both involved.

Well I had my overnight adventure
A drive to Niagara on the lake, a walk in a forest/photography, the hotel, wine tasting and buying, dinner, a show at the Shaw festival (Me and My Girl), drinking wine, music with her singing and me playing guitar, admiring the lake from our hotel balcony, some art, some poetry, then at 3 am she called up a friend (also an SP) for a threesome thus checking off a second item on my bucket list. The second Lady also brought more wine but not enough, and after the wine had gone, she called room service to see if she could get another bottle, but apparently that's not possible at 5 am in Canada.
The one thing we didn't do is actually "sleep" together, I passed out on the bed a bit after 6 am as the ladies were admiring the sun rise, and woke up at 9 to find the two ladies had past out on the sofa. My girl then woke up, realized it had gotten cold and scurried into bed with me for warmth.
After dropping her off at home, I messaged her later that day to thank her...
She replied, "No. Thank you. Soooo frikkin awesome."
Cost: A hell of a lot, but soooo frikkin worth it.
Romance and fun without commitment or baggage; just enjoying the company of a beautiful woman for an entire day.

(Full disclosure: I just got back from a 3-day Paris trip with a client-friend.)
If you've met her, and you have a good relationship, absolutely go for it. It's expensive but not THAT expensive compared to what else you could be doing. Plan out what you want to do, where you guys want to go together, and how it's all going to work. It's absolutely not an all-night fuck-fest and it's worth lining up your expectations in advance.
I think the key to making it wonderful is chemistry and having some flexible plans. And it really is wonderful!
