Christmas Shopping for HUBGFE members

For everybody:

Night of the Meek

No one can claim to have lived a full life without having watched this episode of The Twilight Zone (1985), starring two time Prime time Emmy Award Winner for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, Richard Mulligan, (Burt Campbell on Soap).

This is a remake of the 1960 black and white Twilight Zone episode of the same name, starring Art Carney.

If you haven't seen this 1985 TZ series before, it was excellent most of the time, an hour long the first season, in which there were two or three different stories per show, with variable lengths. The theme music for the awesome opening credits was written and performed by The Grateful Dead.

There's a minor sound glitch for a few seconds shortly after the episode begins, and a bit of pixellation for a few seconds near the end, but otherwise great quality, (no, I did not rip nor upload this). If you invest the 23 minutes necessary to watch this holiday treat, you will do so again, some day. You cannot not.

I can't insert the video in this post; that feature has been disabled by the uploader. Do watch it through the YouTube page link below.

LOL
yet you still missed the point of the onions.

No back to our thread...

In Poland, under Communist rule, one of the finest Christmas gifts one could hope to receive was an onion, wrapped in toilet paper. There's a whole joke about that.

Well most of us are not in Poland, bob.

Li'l Amy, you are on a tear! Not only are you generous, but you must be incredibly strong to carry your Christmas shopping bags. Nice of you to include a present to kefrm, I wish she would pop in and say hi.
