I've considered it with the wife. We've spoke about it but have yet to act upon it. We've gone as far as going for a few drinks at the Oasis Aqualounge. We picked a horrible day and it was a ghost town, it didn't pan out as we had hoped but I'm sure we will try it again in the near future.

My GF and I have engaged in fun with other couples, but we haven't taken the plunge in play for pay. I have been in situations before where I saw my SO with women and men, and in combinations. Are you insecure vis-a-vis the person that is with your love? Are you envious of their time with them? Are you wishing you had traits this extra partner has? Why? Your SO and you have such a shared history, so much time together, a built-up intimacy that only time can forge. This is just one more experience, and another way, another level, you can connect together.

Many moons ago in the mid eighties my wife and I split up and agreed to start seeing other people.
I then ventured into a relationship with a co-worker.
She told me she wanted to attend a party one weekend in Montreal. Wanting to please her I agreed.
Wasn't to long after we arrived at this mansion on the North Shore that I figured out it was a swingers party.
She knew all along but thought that it was best that I didn't know ahead of time. And she was right.
There must of been 25 or so couples there and it was very intimidating too say the least.
Thank God there was a lot of pot there and I was able to get over the original anxiety that I experienced.
To my amazement I found myself enjoying watching my girlfriend have sex with strangers.
So much so that we went back 2 or 3 times each month for about 6 months before we broke up and I reconciled with my wife.
Looking back it was the best of times but also the worst of times.
Sure I acted out every fantasy I ever had and probably had sex with scores and scores of women. But now I see it as very superficial and meaningless.
The thing that bothers me the most is that it kind of of opened a Pandora's box of sorts with my sexual psyche.
I had a hard time adjusting going back to be monogamous with my wife. I was fighting temptations that I never had before.
Truth be told if I knew then what I know now about myself I would have never gone down that road. For me it is best left as a fantasy and not reality.
