Perla vs Flirt Court Decision

Hey everyone I owe OG an apology.

Turns out he is right there is a rule on distance between body rubs.

Not sure what that distance is but apparently Flirt passed the test so that distance must be short.

I learned this from a citytv news clip re: spas and it was mentioned that there is a min distance.

Anyways, I'm sure as body rub licence owners they would have considered this before sinking the money they did into creating a spa close to Perla.

Platinum is virtually next door to another spa...cant remember the name. I read about the minimum distance thing but can't remember where. Might have been on toronto.ca where all the by law info is kept. BTW, it's fun if you have time to do some searches there. By reading and inferring, you can figure out a lot of inside or behind the curtain info. Like who have been suspended, who has a criminal record, etc.

Yeah, I knew the distance rule, and apparently Flirt is too close (or in the same physical mall, something like that) but it seems to have been waived in Flirt's case. Not sure why.
