Povidone Iodine

I cut myself often and i find that Povidone Iodine (slow release iodine) is best at quickly stopping cuts from bleeding excessively. You can buy it at pharmacies for about $4 - $5 for a 300 ml bottle.

Cut myself tonight, spray some Povidone Iodine on it and the cut stopped bleeding within 60 seconds.

Iodine stings like crazy, and in spray form must be worse. Try some Detol. No sting and keeps the injured area clean so it heals faster.
