Hi all,

as many of you know I'm very new to this. I recently attempted to see a lady who asked me for references as well as my linkeden or driver's license. I have yet to respond back because I do not obviously have references or I'd be more than happy to oblige and I am very leery about releasing my real information. Yes there was a time I gladly would have but now, things as many know have changed and my life cannot have anymore complications.

Easy answer. Tell her no thanks and go see an agency SP from one of the agencies that advertise here. Companions has a promo right now for HUBGFE members. Don't know if you have to tell them your handle or not. If yes, that's way better than actual personal info. Sassy Angels is a great agency to work with too. Excellent customer service on all levels.

Things are very simple Baz, if you choose to see someone who screens this way, either oblige her with her required info, or move on to someone who screens in a way you are more comfortable with. Arguing with or wanting someone to change how they screen isn't your right. We all screen clients the way in which will make us feel the safest.

Well if this is a SP you really want to see then you have to follow her booking policy.

Otherwise you can see someone who set up appointments in a different way.

Then where it gets tricky is if you set up an appointment with a provider who has a more relax booking policy and then try and see a provider with a more complex policy things could get a little challenging when it comes to using a SP for a reference.

Thank you Voice as I may have to go this route. I had decided the independent ladies maybe a more personal session and easier for a novice but the procedure is just a little more difficult at this point in my life.

I would never argue, I just said thank you and I'll think about it. I only ask here as many are much more experienced than I am on these matters.

Sometimes hobbyist like to give out a SP name as a reference as who they've seen before, then the new SP does her fact-checking and it can be a surprised to the first SP being used a reference without her knowledge and consent.

Sometimes just the fact a hobbyist is giving out names of which SPs they have seen before can cause a lot of problems.

I've so far not had to do so... I've met ladies through HUBGFE and another broad which they considered sufficient as references... 6 years of only saying positive things about ladies I've seen may have something to do with it.

You should always get permission before using someone as a reference. Not everyone is comfortable doing it or the lady may not feel she knows you well enough to vouch for you.

Sounds like you'd probably be better off seeing someone at an agency. There are plenty of quality ladies at the agencies. Not sure what your expectations are from an Indy lady re: "more personal"

Seeing some agency ladies first would help build your references as well. Most Indy ladies want references from other indys but would probably accept one from an agency girl if she has a well established social media that she could be contacted at.

Finally some have a meet and greet option where you meet in a public place discreetly for coffee/drink.

I would like to think nobody would want to be intimate with someone who felt uncertain and uncomfortable about them.

If you want to be with a particular person, do what is necessary to make it happen, including vocalizing your concerns. If you don't feel comfortable, find somebody else. It isn't rocket science lol

Take a look on here. Plenty of Indys advertise here. I'm mostly an agency guy myself, but if I were to see an indy, Amy would be the top of my list. She particpates here a lot and I really like how she presents herself. Smart cookie too, love her handle. :good:

I think maybe some agency women who have an active twitter account can be reached in this manner for vouching? I wouldn't know. I don't require references so haven't been in this position myself to give you a decent answer. Most women that require references will work with you to find a method that is an option for both parties involved.

This is a good example of why giving your board handle helps Reading a gentleman's posts and reviews can be telling.
