Screening with Legal Names

Most of the ladies out east using real legal name screening are usually fairly professional. You don't see them complaining about clients, putting down other people's cities, posting prospects text messages in their Twitter feeds.

I'm open to the idea if the escort is operating professionally. My review board handle and legal name will never mix.

20 something Escorts behaving unprofessionally posting client and prospect communications while acting like 14 year olds, not a chance.

In Austriallia real name screening the U.K., real name screening is the standard. All of the providers in those counties are operating at higher standard of professionalism which gives the clients confidence they can share their real names and sleep at night.

We have providers in Canada operating with similar standards. The challenge is we have a lot of providers claiming to be professional but acting unprofessionally.

In Britian and Australia the communities hold people accountable to behaving professionally. Both clients and SP are expected to behave professionally.

The ladies of twitter that rant is such a marketing disaster it's ridiculous to watch and I totally agree I would never give my real name. My handle, a reference possibly until SP places a condition on the reference i.e.

"the client must have spent a minimum of 6 hours with said SP"

Really, give me a break. Talk about putting a kabosh on your screening method.

As a client, why not just call an agency and if you're a board member in good standing you have no issues with booking through an agency.

I also agree with Fugged criminalization of any kind is a major hindrance to everyone's safety and for me losing my job and family is death so I do agree in today's climate my safety depends on my anonymity.

In the US, the disclosure of client's name is to prove they are not LE, in Canada LE is a danger to the client more so than the SP in today's state of laws.

One thing I think would be helpful is if clients and SP"s could work together as a team to find solutions to issues like this, instead of viewing it with the 'us vs them' mentality.

I don't think I've ever called anyone names because they screen clients, I've never criticized anyone because they ask for references or told them to stop asking, I've given and shared references when asked for them, and I'm perfectly fine with the idea that some ladies see this as a necessity.

All I've done is state my own opinion based on my own work experience. I am not 'siding with clients', just because I don't ask for real names or references. I want everyone to be safe and satisfied.

The Twitter-verse is useless in my opinion. I've said it many many many times before, here and in person of SP's who are active on Twitter. What is the real ROI (Return On Investment) i.e. your time spent vs who sees you because of it, and I'm not talking about repeat clients who are your followers.

The rants on Twitter have killed my hopes for sane people. The garbage that I see that are rants against the very profession that provides you is numbing. If you don't like it, get out. The client bashing is worse when it's unwarranted.

My anonymity isn't always protected, but it has to be shared. You have something on me...I have something on you. Threaten me with it, and you will feel the same, but 100x's worse.

I call it an equal exchange of trust. This is what I tell clients who don't want to give me their phone number. If you can't trust me with your number, I can't trust you with my address. I won't ask you for your real name because I'm not going to give you mine.

Clients and SP's should be working together to make everyone safer. We should understand concerns from both sides so we both can operate safer.

This will only happen when the industry is regulated. There are too many threats of outing someone that still exists. When tempers get heated, it's the first thought in most cases.

There is a well known SP who went on to having a very successful Indie career (and I do believe she still see regular clients) that was fired from one of the top agencies in T.O. because she was caught getting personal info from a client while he was in the shower.

I don't know of how many "well-reviewed" SP's that have done the same. Like I said, if we operated on an even keel, meaning I have as much personal info about you as you request from me...I have no issue about screening. Until that point, you get a fake real name or other info. And personally, I'm not a big fan of screening. I've tried it a few times and the delay in getting back to me because they haven't checked my references, just doesn't make my time worth it. If you ask for it and I've been the good client to state my day and time of requested visit, respect that and do your due diligence. If you don't have the time for me, I don't have the time for you...your pussy isn't made of gold. No one's is.

I feel very much the same way. People "Dirty" one another for forgetting to turn the dishwasher on the other night.

Real name screening would help the ladies operate safer but at the expense of the safety and sanity of the client. It's not exactly ideal.

In Britian, you don't really have much of a choice. That's why the guys have their own Punter boards separated from any of the advertising sites.

How do they pay for the boards if they don't have SP's paying for advertising?

In many cases clients donate membership fees. Some sell ad space to porn sites, dating sites, cam girl sites, etc..

You would think the Punter sites would be terrible places without SP's advertising. The opposite is true. Punter boards actually make most of the boards in Canada and US look really bad.

The Punter boards have high standards. They don't permit clients to use reviews to humiliate. There's templates everyone must follow and a code of eithics for writing reviews without disparaging women. The Punter boards are very well managed. They don't permit poppycock.

On average the reviews are more useful in the UK. The Aussie Punter boards have rougher edges. People are a little more graphic/animated than you may want them to be. The Aussies also have a lot professional clients who review same way the Brits do.

Ladies are allowed to participate as long as they use their true Working Name.

Well here's a new one. The new advertised agency Ava Rose and Company has a few caveats and conditions that I've never seen on an agency site before. Link here

Hilights below..

Q? Why do I have to give my real name and accurate information?
A. It is our duty to ensure all of our ladies are safe and protected at all times. A full background check is conducted as a safety precaution. This information will be treated with utmost discretion.

Q? How do you verify me if I am a new client?
A. We need your real name, work place and telephone number. Any personal questions we ask are a matter of the ladies safety. Our staff is sensitive to this and will assist you.

Q? What services do you offer to married men?
A. If you are married, we will not offer you our services and you’ll be added to our database of blacklist callers. We absolutely do not service married men. The services we offer are for single upscale discerning gentleman looking for companionship or company while here visiting in Toronto.

It would be nice if someone would set-up a better alternative to Preferred 411.

Too many of the client verification systems are not great by any means.

Most SP asking for personal information on their sites don't have websites that are robust enough to gather or collect personal information.

I would implement the following measures to protect the ladies client list from hackers.

The landing page would use an EV SSL with 5028 bit encryption. It actually required by Canada's privacy protection act when collecting legal names. You're not allow to use a standard 1048 Bit SSL. The content of the site is irrelevant. If your site is asking for a legal name you have to do this.

The website should have an opt-in for personal information. Anytime you collect personal info you have to have a check box giving you permission to collect legal names. You can be fined regardless of the content of your site.

The landing page should have it's own SQL database and run on it's own subdomain. The SQL database should have a cronjob to purge any of the table with personal info every 24 hours. This way no client lists would be stored on the site for a hacker to grab if the site was compromised. This isn't legally required. It's offers better peace of mind.

Various legal disclaimers may have to be in place on the websites. Legal names can be a huge pain to deal with on any website.

Your websever should have a robust firewall when collecting people's legal info.

You should have a International internet lawyer review your site's legal to make sure you've covered all of your bases. Some parts of C36 might contradict and conflict with some of the examples above. My background is based on corporate websites. Again, call a lawyer and ask them to review your site.

You would be surprised what you can get with a name and number.

I think everyone deserves to be safe......Please do not state otherwise.

No I wouldn't be surprised. Before the privacy act was instated I had someone who could do searches on phone numbers/names, once when someone called me and threatened to stab me, yes brave of them over the phone, I had his number searched, got a name, address, and more. I went to this persons door and it turns out, they were only brave over the phone:) Now not just anyone can have or do searches, and knowing who someone is isn't necessary helpful prior to meeting them, but certainly if they've done something egregious to you, having the info certainly can help track them should charges be required. But evidently some will agree with my way of thinking and some will disagree, and the world will keep turning:)

@Escape-I like you Cristy. But I don't like the way you fight online.{quote}
Thank you, I like you too Escape, but you misinterpret me defending my point as fighting. I'd only "fight" with someone I disliked and I'd only do that in person. I'm strongly opinionated obviously, as most are here, and I openly state how I feel again, as do others. Perhaps I'm not as eloquent, calm, or diplomatic, but that's what makes me .....me:)

it's fine Chrissy. I would suggest using email to gather this information for screening vs a website. It's far less of a hassle than using a website to gather the information.

Thank you:) ^ Personally I prefer to do it via phone, I can tell a lot when speaking to someone, as for preferred411, perhaps it's just me, but I've yet to meet great clients from there. All I've gotten, for the most part, are dick weeds and game players:(

Wow...I would assume you would bring your clothes into the bathroom....but that's horrible.

I've had very few clients take their belongings into the bathroom with them over the years. Either most guys are careless, or they sense I can be trusted, maybe a bit of both.

One thing I learned to do since I first started in the industry is if a client leaves the room and leaves his wallet or phone behind, I also leave the room until he goes back in. That way I can't be accused of touching or taking anything.

I too find many clients seem to be trusting me and leave their belongings alone with me, I always explain to them, although I might be trustworthy not everyone is and it is best for all involved that he keeps his things within eyesight at all times. That way no one can claim something went missing.

I will normally go in to the bathroom clothed and my wallet in my pants as well as my cell phone. I leave my clothes hanging in the bathroom and after the session, I clean up and then bring my clothes out to get dressed. I think most SP's are aware of this precaution as they don't use the washroom until I leave or we go in together. My other alternative is to leave my belongings in the car and only go up with my cell and donation.

A few of my outcalls will leave their cell phones and or purses in the bedroom with me as they excuse themselves to clean up or I will bring them whatever they need. I guess they trust me.

The biggest concern with many of the sites asking for a client's legal info are not being maintained. You have client lists sitting inside databases all over the web on various Escort sites.

If you're going to use your legal name to book a provider. Don't create or attach any digital foot print with your legal name. No review board handles, no reviews; no bragging.

Keep all real name communications simple and about time and companionship.

If you're dumb enough to combine any large digital footprint with your legal name, you're creating a disaster for yourself. You might find out the new laws do matter.
