I had to do a double take on this one. How can this mother be so cruel.

“A close family friend has an autistic boy and this was an anonymous letter slipped under her door. This is real.” A family in Newcastle, Ontario, receives a hateful letter, prompting the community to rally.

[h=2]Actors and musicians Lennon and Maisy tweeted this letter with the caption: “A close family friend has an autistic boy and this was an anonymous letter slipped under her door. This is real.[/h]

The bitch was to coward to sign it. Now she will be found and charged.

Saw this on the news this morning and was appalled. The child's poor mother was so heart broken and she did absolutely nothing wrong. You wonder if amongst those that came to rally lies the real culprit though...

There's too many two-faced bastards out there....and this one is at the top of the list.

I agree she is a low piece of crud who deserves to be scorned by everyone but is the letter a criminal offense?

What would the charge be?

It's all over the news this morning. This mother must now be regretting what she wrote.

Stupidity? Oh wait.... :PEACE:

That's for sure. I have an acquaintance who is a special needs teacher. She was telling me how she has a violent 15 year old special needs child. He's a big boy for his age and tries to hurt the others. He kicked a pregnant special needs assistant in the stomach and she had to be rushed to the hospital. She is a tough woman and has been reprimanded for hitting the child in order to have him release another special needs little girl from a choke hold. She had to literally beat on him and then tackle the kid because he was going for another kid. I feel for the children but I also feel so bad for the parents, it's not easy at all and then to receive a letter like this must be heart breaking.

Can't feel your pain but curious how you handle it?

I try help out my sister as much as I can (takes a lot of patience) but my sister is the one who has the day to day challenges of raising 2 autistic boys. She gets benefits from the government but it's really just a small amount of help.
