Thin or thick pizza?

What's your fave and who has the best in town?.

thin but Toronto's pizza generally sucks. However believe it or not, theres this pizza kosher place at bathurst and lawrence which is really good (a bit too oily)

Thinner Crust....Cooked to a golden Brown on the bottom and sides.
Bubbling Cheese and topping cooked.

As a kid I could get a great pizza most anywhere in Buffalo.
Now the ingredients are crap and the shells are too thick.
Will not eat a conveyor belt pizza.
So I make my own.

Me too...and the sauce they used is crappy too. It is important to have an amazing tasty sauce and dough.

The recipe I have for the sauce is from a pizza place I worked at in 1975.....The dough I keep simple.....

When are you having us over for pizza papa? I like everything except anchovies (too salty). I'll only eat them finely minced in an oil based ceasar dressing.

We should have a picnic this summer

The trick with Anchovies is you need to rinse them before you use them...They are packed in oil and salt to preserve them.
Same fors for canned Clams...Rinse them and the flavor improves 1000%.

Thin Multigrain, extra sauce, easy on the cheese or light vegan with extra herbs.(a little under cooked so crust is soft and can reheat later)

When I am out of town Pizza Hut is better than Dominoes or Papa Johns...At least Pizza Huts only suck bit does not taste like crap.

My choice.
