When are you having us over for pizza papa? I like everything except anchovies (too salty). I'll only eat them finely minced in an oil based ceasar dressing.

The trick with Anchovies is you need to rinse them before you use them...They are packed in oil and salt to preserve them.
Same fors for canned Clams...Rinse them and the flavor improves 1000%.
