TIME TO GET BACK INTO SHAPE

That's it? Just 3 times a week? :gasp:

(Not counting the recuperation time after each one of our "offspring units" were born, last time I averaged only 3 times a week was when I was I was 18! :shock:)

I figured to take it easy on the old man.
 
You can complain to me, Papa...I've been exercising, and I don't think I'll ever truly be done quitting smoking. :arf:

My numbers say I have to

Might maybe be allowed a couple of cigars per month.
 
I am currently at 168 or 20 pounds over my fighting weight and 20 plus year out of training


4 weeks to to pounds and 90 days to the training

Of course that means no alcohol or smoking
