TIME TO GET BACK INTO SHAPE

I wanted to get into shape also...nearing the big 40. Then I thought...hey!...round is a shape. I'm working on that shape now!

I am working my way to my mid 50's and aside from 20 pounds (actually more like 10 if I do not get back into sparing shape) I am in fair shape for my age but not the shape I want to be in.

Actually it is.

We modify our diets to be healthier.

Just because someone does not like bacon does not mean no one should eat it.
 
who said I didnt like bacon...hmmmmm yummy bacon....the aroma....the taste ...yummyy...oops no bacon for you :)
 
whole wheat bread is a better option than bacon.....but then again everything in moderation.....sometimes you have to give up something in order to reach certain weight goals....once you 've reached them, perhaps you can get away with certain food once in a while...
