Who's watching the MLS final tonight?

Why is it called the BMO field if it's in Toronto? Hmmmmmm

Anyone else think Major League Soccer is the most boring name for a league? :blush2:

Is the MLS Cup a ridiculous name for the trophy?

Couldn't they come up with a better name than Toronto Football Club? :whip:

Okay, got those niggling questions out of the way - Go TFC! :Dancing:

I'm going to watch the game but I'm annoyed it'll close off some of west end Toronto for it blaaaah

too friggin cold to play soccer. Besides Juventus as my favourite team, I am rooting for our TFC .

I will

BMO paid for the name rights.

It used to be boring but watch the game closely tonight. A lot good talent has emerged recently, there is even a Canadian player with Seattle that has become a superstar, can't remember his name.

Isn't the Stanley cup a weird name for a trophy?. Named after an icon but they could have picked a better name.

TFC is a catchy name.

Watching it while I type. Both teams are playing over the edge. Very physical and a great game so far.

Great game, first half is over. Toronto keeps attacking, my money goes on them for the first goal.

Not as good a game as the Montreal-Toronto semi, and no way Seattle deserved the win, but congrats to them for a good season. As for TFC, they didn't play as well as they did against Montreal and the score showed that.

The game was depressing to watch and MLS has a long way to catch up with regards to level of Series A, Premier, LaLiga.

Too much running around and lack of passing. Hate to see those MLS professionals butchering the beautiful game of football.

Gotta admit, the TFC-Montreal game was one of the most exciting footer games I've seen in a decade. Kinda like football and hockey mashed together.

This is exactly what I was thinking.

Can you imagine a Stanley Cup playoff or final game coming down to a shoot out?

Or a NBA final game being decided by free throws?

Agree completely, but there's a reason for shoot-outs: to keep the games limited in time and allow games to be completed without lights. Makes a lot of sense in 2016, huh?
