I think that Raiden is spot on. Like any other board Twitter should not be taken seriously. Use it as another screening tool to decide if you like a lady or not:
its fun if you keep it in the fun level, but if you starting taking it to seriously it won't do you any good.

As Twitter is used by some ladies for screening, I also use Twitter to screen to see if we would be compatible.

I agree with MM, it's a client's prerogative how he or she wishes to hire a companion.
