Had a challenging weekend at work. Long hours filling the gaps left by people I had to let go. People I trusted for years were stealing from me. You think I would get used to that after so many years in business.
Yesterday I was rather crusty from very little sleep and exhausted from the hours worked.
Last night I rearranged my schedule to include some me time, made an appt to see a lovely lady later in the week and then slept the sleep of the dead for ten hours. Woke up this morning and did not even know what day it is. Feel like a new man, or rather like the old man is back. What a difference a good night's sleep makes. I should sleep more often.
