What is the best city in Canada for hobbying outside of Toronto?

Toronto has lots of options for agencies and is very active. But where else is good aside (especially for agencies) from T.O? I'm not considering Montreal. And I don't like Vancouver. I'm considering Ottawa, Calgary, and Edmonton. Do either of these 3 cities have a lot of great options for agencies? Which is the best?

Man, your remaining three choices really suck balls. Although they do have their gems, I've not met many in those cities except for maybe Edmonton. If you go to Winnipeg though, there are horny single hot women everywhere and I would volunteer to go there because of my success on my first trip.

My personal choice outside of T.O. is Montreal although it seems when they cross the provincial border to Ontario, a majority of the SP's really lose that vim and vigor they seem to have in La Belle Province. I tend to shy away from any "traveling" SP from P.Q. here.

TO then Montreal. I would not venture out West, mostly everything is covered and pricey.
