My niece and I had an in-depth discussion the other day about our hair, and we were wondering something I'm hoping you guys will explain.

She said something about how her husband likes her hair up. I laughed because about a month ago I noticed, and then again last week when I was traveling, that men really seem to notice when my hair is up in a bun. We were surmising that perhaps you guys think necks are really sexy, but then why doesn't a ponytail get the same reaction?

I don't get it, I thought most guys prefer long hair? If that's true, what's so sexy about putting it up? Is it the librarian thing? :neutral:

Left to its own devices, it's pretty wavy. I usually confine it to either a ponytail or a bun, or once in awhile a braid.
