When my son was little, he got the idea that he wanted to jump off the roof onto the trampoline in the backyard. I told him 'NO', and he kept begging and begging, so I finally made him a deal. I told him to wait until he was _ years old, and if he still wanted to jump off the roof then, I would let him.

He actually remembered, asked again, I let him and he survived, lol.
