PTSD, were you a soldier or something? In a situation like yours, I would tell the girl exactly what the problem is before starting, so that she's prepared to work with you on it. I am still a soldier actually. I usually let the woman know before the visit, since it seems to frustrate them just as much as it does myself. I find though that the more I see someone, the more relaxed I become and eventually I can cum. It's still not frequent, but at least it's happening.

Yup, that is the blessing. The curse is when you want it to be ready, standing at attention, so you can go in right away, but the only way it's going to get to attention is if the woman you're with will give it a suck.
