White bread vs wheat bread explained...

It pisses me off that the first ingredient in rye bread is usually wheat. :no:

Better way to get Rye and 0% Wheat



  1. In the United States, "rye whiskey" is, by law, made from a mash of at least 51 percent rye. (The other ingredients of the mash are usually corn and malted barley .) It is distilled to no more than 160 (U.S.) proof (80% abv), and aged in charred, new oak barrels.

I buy the regular rye instead (multi grain is ok...) and just recently they have introduced 2 different kinds of bread...
