Well I really wish we did not have to use xxxxxxxx to say the name of some of these boards but I think I can figure some of them out
All I can say is I waited and watched for a long time before I joined this board just to see how it ran and to see how some behaved
In the discussion area all boards are going to have a certain amount of keyboard warriors it is just a matter of how they are watched and policed
In my short time on this board I have already had the pleasure of a visit from one of the warriors but hey just look at my handle and you will understand why I never responded
chastising someone for spelling and grammar??? Really pzzzt!!!
All in all I think this is one of the best if not the best bard I have seen or been a member of
My only complaint is my listing as a junior member

The red recommendation board is up for sale and they're debating whether or not they should sell it to someone who wants to turn it into a review board.

Did you put in your two cents as to whether or not you're in favor of it changing? I've a few clients from there who for some reason prefer there to here. To each their own. My opinion is, here is friendlier, and more real, since people here, can speak freely, not censored or monitored like they're children following a parent's rule.

No, I rarely participate there, but I agree with your assessment of that site. They're no friendlier or nicer than the people here and some of the worst industry bullies are members there.

@Escape-if so, your above statement is very keen and true, funny how some in this industry purport themselves to be "community driven" yet act like bullies and often stigmatize and belittle their peers. I read some of the thread this morning, and couldn't stop laughing at those who posted there, claiming that their site is "different", friendlier, doesn't allow slander!! Maybe not printed on their site, but they've an awful lot of members who certainly thrive on it!! Part of my attitude and cynicism towards this industry was spurred by my membership there.

HUBGFE is my home in this lifestyle. I enjoy taking in perspective and LOVE hearing both sides of a story. It doesn't sit well with me when things look one-sided or misguided; Which drew me to HUBGFE a lot quicker. Although I don't dip my feet in too deep, I enjoy open-mindedness and taking time to understand things.

To put it shortly, I'm curious and want to take in as much as I can. I don't want a bias perspective and things and I feel like HUBGFE is a very solid place as far as i'm concerned. Everything's a riddle or puzzle that I'll slowly figure out :wink2:

My dirty secret is that I am on two other boards under a different name. Likely not hard to figure out.
The board that ends in "a" I rarely visit though it has more content from my end of Ontario. It is just kind of boring though I have not really delved into it.
The board that ends in "1" I participate in chat to keep myself amused and read some reviews. Mostly it is just the same people relentlessly attacking one another in the threads. Got banned once for making comments about the owner.
I do not know how some of the ladies stay there but I guess if it is good for the business....
Based on the posts I see there I would not touch a lot of the ladies with fugge's dick. Same goes for the guys, I am sure if they used there handles to book they would get shot down.

If anyone has any respect for the men & women in this industry, it is my opinion, they'd not take part in a board that does as much possible to "dirty" this industry and to belittle those within it. A very interesting read. I really do not participate on any other pay for play forums and as per chance at the time my ex and I stumbled upon this one . I remember the indignation both of us felt reading the reviews and decided we would try and change people's attitude only to find a brick wall and resentment, which now I understand.

All kidding aside, I was shocked at the attitudes there when I returned from a long hiatus. It was toxic and when I started to push back (probably with a little more aggression than @Baz) I was banned once and then on my return, I pushed back even harder, I was banned for life. I can't remember the old site that openly outed BBFS providers, but BLUE is no different now. I'm quite happy to be back home.

I was initially banned here as well. I remember the powers that be allowed me back in with the promise I would never post in the review section. I to this day believe I've followed the pact which was made. I'm hoping this condition is no longer the case and I am free to post in the review section of the board?
