Woman, 61, raped, beaten at cemetery

A 61-year-old woman is recovering in hospital after being sexually assaulted and beaten in a Scarborough cemetery.

Police said the woman, who was visiting the grave of a relative, was walking through the Pine Hills Cemetery near St. Clair Avenue East and Birchmount Road some time after 5 p.m. on Monday when she was approached by a man and dragged off a paved path.

Here's an idea... maybe authorities should consult the victim and her family as to what his "rehabilitation should be? :shock:

IF it is him, which will be determined at a trial, then he a strong candidate for a dangerous offender designation. He has a history of sexual assaults and violent attacks going back to 1999.

IF it is him, he should never walk as a free man ever again.
