Looking at that diagram, sit ups without anything anchoring your feet came be quite difficult. I can only do between 30-35 on a good day. Surely they mean to say that you can anchor your feet but I wonder why they didn't illustrate it.

I got in the habit of wearing sports bras abut 5 years ago, and can't stand to wear regular bras any more because they feel so uncomfortable in comparison.
