World Series contest - is there interest in a possibility only?

Hey all! I'm thinking about how to work a world series tickets contest - is there interest in a contest for tickets that MIGHT not be used? A world series game, a ballot for every booking with either a HUBGFE handle or phone number with the fallback option of a free hour if (which couldn't happen) there's no world series game?

I was thinking instead - if everyone gives their number or handle, and there is no World Series (blasphemy!) we'd do a free hour draw instead, for everyone that participates.
