What do you look for in an agency?

Bare minimum: Prompt professional responses and good customer service policies. Puts the safety of SPs and Clients above collecting the agency cut.

Above average: Can make good recommendations based on feedback on SPs and the types of questions I ask. Can also offer comparisons between SPs, eg. "this girl has more PSE feedback and that girl has more GFE feedback"

Excellent: When I reach this stage with an agency, they are no longer an agency to me anymore, but rather a fantasy match maker. I would feel comfortable describing my bucket list of fantasies and trust them to try their best to help fulfill them.


Do you trust glassware in an agency (say for mouthwash and water) or would you prefer disposable cups and water bottles?

No glassware please. Too much can go wrong and blood can go a long way at making a date a disaster.

When something goes wrong, what makes you feel better about it?


The agency is truly contrite (if it is their fault), sympathetic (when its not). Monetary compensation is not always necessary but always appreciated as it shows that the agency puts customer satisfaction high up in priority.

Would you like a bathrobe available for your use or would you prefer just towels?


Towels are fine. Bathrobe wouldn't stay on long enough to warrant the extra laundry.

If you were designing your dream agency, what would you do?


Start with a dream location. Decorate it tastefully and with some luxuries, for example, nice sound system, large shower, maybe a hot tub, etc. Partner up with good talent. Notice I said partner not hire as I believe the relationship between SPs and agencies is more a partnership than the typical employer/employee one. Have a good infrastructure, for example, drivers, bookers, security - all this stuff is behind the scenes but clients know when an agency has a good infrastructure because dates go so much more smoothly. Build up a good rapport with repeat clients. Be active on HUBGFE. Have ladies who are active on HUBGFE. Hold promos and contests occasionally to generate interest and promote the agency.

We're thinking about launching an "experiences" section, with things that are a little tougher to organize like Oasis dates, early morning with breakfast, late night with whiskey tastings - would you appreciate this?

I would likely never be able to partake, but I think this is an excellent way to promote the agency and the SPs. it might even help with the longer and overnight dates to have some activities lined up for the client and the SP of his/her choice.

How do you feel about selfies - do you think it takes away or adds to the experience?


Love selfies.

Do you use Snapchat? Twitter? Would you?

No. These types of apps tend to "blow up" the phone with notifications and for those who do not use a hobby phone, this can prove disastrous if they have not taken the steps necessary for discretion.*

My father was the cook in my family, but I prefered my mother's cooking for every day meals because they were simple yet effective. Plus it was my mother who taught me how to cook.

I've used 2 or 3 agencies (e.g., Toronto Passions & Garden of Eden) that I have found very good and not sure what I can add. I like GOE's detailed schedule and availability during the day. Having an incall location is important as I don't have my own place in the city. Both had incall sites. I like Toronto Passions for their use of hotels. It was always a bit of an adventure to see where the girl would be located, and I got to know some great hotels in the city (and some not so good hotels as well). The GOE have their own incall site at one point was near where my daughter worked, but fortunately, both moved.

I agree on the stockings needing to line up (and I looooove stockings). Laundry would never be out, and we have a fairly boutique incall so it's not an issue. As we learn and grow, I'll be very aware of it. I think that applies to garbage cans as well.

I went with "don't lie about weight or stats" and "let her choose her own age". Nothing is off or unexpected and if anything, women are better IRL. They're tricky because everyone else lies... but I figure if we're honest and can be better than you expect us to be, then you'll know how sincere and invested I am in this.

I'll forgo the obvious (the ladies) answer. Honest and helpful communication is probably the biggest thing. Also for me a downtown incall location is a must.

For water or wine glassware is fine. To keep things simple disposable is probably easier. Absolutely shoul be disposable for mouthwash though.

When something goes wrong, what makes you feel better about it

If the agency tries to fix the problem that's the biggest thing. At this point in my hobby career I expect things to go wrong and try not to let it bother me. If the lady has to cancel let me in know as soon as possible and try to offer alternatives (another lady or another date or time.) Somethings are out of your control but when it's your mistake (like losing a prebook) own it. Some token is nice but not always required. It does show that you recognize the inconvenience to the client in a material way. [VINE][/VINE]

Mentioned communication earlier but it's important enough to me to bring up again. If the lady is late and won't be able to start until 20-30 mins later than scheduled don't wait until I'm at the location. Nothing worse than hanging out in the lobby or outside on the street looking shady. Hate getting strung along and being told "almost ready 5 minutes more" for half an hour.

Delays happen but frequently the agency knows we'll in advance that you won't start on time but do not want to say anything. If the last 2 appointments started 30 minutes late your not going to miraculously make up the time. I'd rather be told that my start time has to be adjusted. I think the agency is worried that a client may cancel if the time gets bumped and figures once you've arrived you're invested and won't leave. At that point the "almost ready" game starts. The issue they don't realize is that you could end up with an angry and irate client and the lady has to deal with them in person. Bad situation to put your staff in.

Had it once and it was nice. Wouldn't say it's a requirement though.

Well you certainly have my attention. My bare minimum is low because at the end of the day, the hobby is a hobby and if an agency can't even meet the minimum, they will have lost my business. For example, I've recently cut out an agency that I've used for years because they no longer meet the minimum. I do have one agency that has reached the excellent stage. For the record, it's not a competition between agencies. I see this biz as one big pool that we all play in. As for the incall, I'm liking that you went the extra mile. I don't use Spotify, but I have a "sexy mood" playlist that just needs an external speaker - which I sometimes bring. As for refreshments, I once had an SP offer me a glass of wine. I appreciated it, and it went a long way to breaking the ice. Being offered water after the date would go a long way to rehydrate me I think. I usually like to bring a little something for the SP I'm seeing, so putting up dietary restrictions on your site is a good idea.

1) For ladies I've seen frequently I usually bring wine. My preference is for Trius sparkling wine made with method classique ($29), have brought champagne ($70) for special occasions, and at other times flat red or white wine if the lady prefers. If I book a new lady or book through an agency I usually don't bring wine. A couple times for my birthday, I've asked the agency to make sure its ok with the lady if I brought wine and I brought a half bottle (350ml) of Henkel brut. One lady brought her own wine (Grace Miller) to celebrate our birthdays... which happened to be 1 day apart.

2) Think its reasonable for the lady to protect herself from disease. The money should be returned. In Nevada, the lady's do an inspection of the equipment before sex and if there is something amiss, I assume, the person doesn't get any service. The brothels have security so this can be done without the lady having any fear of any irate customer. If she does decline service the man does not pay... payment comes after.

The beauty of this system in Nevada is that by the time the guy find out how much its going to cost, she has already been fingering his equipment and closely inspecting them for a couple minutes and mine was fully erect. So when she said $600, I wasn't capable of saying no... lol...

I've always assumed the blow job and condom placement more or less gives the lady the opportunity to inspect the man's equipment. There are a few reasons for the price difference. The first and most obvious one is that the women who hire me are actually independent (as opposed to places that say so for marketing reasons). They are literally my bosses and I can't tell them what to charge. I have a 2-fee structure and each woman can opt in and out of those fees as the individual appointment demands.

Secondly, the cost of renting and living downtown has increased significantly over the past 10 years, but rates have not. For upscale independents, they're charging right about average ...but you guys get all the benefits of working with an agency, like fast responses, texting, and potentially discounts if something goes wrong. There's a level of insurance for you. You also get all the benefits of an independent provider, like their active (and self-managed) Twitter profiles (and constant selfies!).

The vast majority of agencies charge $100/$250, so the woman is left with $150 at the end of the day. The women who hire me earn $200 or even $250 - it all goes right back into her pocket. I think the "norm" is wrong and confusing, and our business model relies on loyalty, female talent and individual entrepreneurship. (Story time: I once booked an Indy duo with an agency woman... who told me her indy rates for an outcall were $300/h. I knew full well that she was earning $150/h at her agency - confusing!) At $300/hour, my bosses don't have to be as high volume as other agencies.

Lastly, even though I know $300 makes us higher than other places, I like that it allows me to be picky about who hires me. I imagine that as we grow, some women will offer a lower rate and some might opt to offer a higher one to vary their offerings based on market demand and their personal style.

We have no need to be a barebones bed and side table style agency - we're working hard to exceed your expectations - individual units, fully furnished and comfortable, as luxurious as we can make them. (Guys, keep telling me what you want!). Phone chargers, sound system, candles, art, fluffy towels, refreshments and snacks...

For all of that, I think $300 is absolutely fair. Raise your standards, guys! You deserve it - it's your hard-earned money!

1. I think it's nice to be offered either or. I sometimes bring an alcoholic beverage like wine or something else if I repeat and know what the lady likes. It's up to her whether she drinks it there or takes it home; I don't drink. But as a good host, I think a refreshment should be offered.

2. The client should be aware of his/her body unless it's on their back and they don't notice. I work on my own vehicles a lot and other things and my hands and body get quite scarred up at times. I don't want to alarm anyone and I tell the lady right away that they're there and if it's a problem, then we don't go any further. If the infliction is in the genital area, well, I'd be a fool to go see an SP and secondly, not seek medical treatment, so yes, the SP should question and choose to stop or continue.

Thank you for this awesome answer. I was going to comment on your previous thread but I think the members have issued a good spectrum and there's no need for my different flavour of the same response.

Hilighted kudos. This is exactly how an agency should be run.

There is only one agency that I know that takes a fair cut and the ladies are happy (Sassy's). Their incall(s) are always and have always been nicely decorated and welcoming. I remember the first time I used them years ago and commented about how nicely the place was decorated and how welcoming it was. Much better than a hotel or barebones condo with only a side table (as you put it).

Some of the members here balk at the fact that I have off the clock time with some of my regulars. My reasoning is this - more money goes in their pocket. Both of us like the fact that we don't have to be looking at the clock and worrying about the next appointment. It's generally a more relaxed setting; my place or hers. The most important part is the bottom dollar and again, before anyone goes off the deep end, the offer has always been made mutually or the SP. I've never had this scenario with an Indy because it's redundant; they've obviously taken the right steps to keeping more in their pockets and being their own bosses.
