Why they keep doing that is beyond comprehension.

The Police officer, however, was totally in the wrong. He shouldn't have shot and as a result, he should be punished to the fullest extent. It looks absolutely like calculated murder. Hell, shoot once, not a barrage of shots to the back of a runner in daylight. Absolutely not warranted.

It's not hard to visualize a young white or a woman running away in much the same way and shots not being fired. Wait for backup and find the runner in this wide open area.

Now, Charleston South Carolina will suffer millions to billions of dollars in economic damage from the inevitable protests and extortion from the likes of Al Sharpton.

Hold on, it should be an interesting ride.

The common denominator in all these shootings, aside from a crime being committed, is resisting arrest. The officer is put under physical stress and over reacts. How police departments stop/correct this is the question.

Just think if there had been no video camera.. He likely would of gotten away with it. Just amazing that a cop can be so fucking nonchalant about shooting to kill someone.

Running away is no excuse for a cop to open up with a barrage of bullets against a non armed citizen. The cop and all his co-horts on the scene should be charged if they attempted in anyway to cover up for the cop firing the shots. If found guilty he should be put to death if Carolina has the death penalty.

Keep in mind this represents a small number of bad cops.
