She will eventually turn out to be a bitch. Once you have it in you, you can't get rid of it.

I grew up in the city (London) and inherited my country cousin's (Parkhill) clothing all through school. I was bullied all the time for my funny clothes.

Good way to teach your kid a lesson.

How did you handle the bullies. Did you fight back or cried a lot?.

I don't think I ever told anybody what was happening and I was too timid to fight back. I used to cry myself to sleep almost every night when I was kid due to some other issues, and I think I just accepted the bullying as a normal part of life.

I sure as hell speak up and fight back now though cause there's still lots of bullying going on ...

Glad to hear you are fighting back now.

Morons teach kids how to deal with bullies.

Morons teach kids how to deal with bullies.

Fifth grade students at Zeman Elementary School in Lincoln, Neb., were recently sent home with a “flyer” outlining how they should handle bullies. The instructions were apparently deemed so ridiculous by parents that the school district quickly issued an apology and the “inaccurate information” was pulled.
That was after the nine “rules” for dealing with bullies went viral, of course.

Here are some of the more questionable ones:
Rule #3 Do not be afraid.
Rule #4: Do not verbally defend yourself.
Rule #7: Do not tell on bullies.
Rule #8: Don’t be a sore loser
Rule #9: Learn to laugh at yourself and not get “hooked” by put-downs.

After seeing parents’ reaction to the flyer, Lincoln Public Schools issued an apology on its Facebook page.

As noted in the embedded Facebook post above, the school linked to another worksheet on bullying, which includes tips like “contact a school staff member” and “do not minimize or make excuses for bullying behaviors.”

Many Facebook users were still not completely satisfied after the apology.

“That list of 9 rules for dealing with bullies was hands down the worst advice any person could give to another,” one user wrote. “That it was an ‘educator’ giving it to elementary age children is just beyond the pale. ‘Don’t tell on bullies… would we keep our friends if we tattled on them?’ – Seriously?!”

“Sorry. This is not a learning opportunity. This is a show of complete incompetence. 1970 called, they want their flier back,” another .

Others wanted an explanation as to why the “” flyer even made it home in the first place.

A man has been arrested in the Netherlands in connection with the online bullying of Amanda Todd, the B.C. teen who killed herself in October 2012.
Officials at the Dutch Embassy have confirmed media reports that a 35-year-old man was taken into custody in January and made his first court appearance Wednesday.

An embassy official said the man is accused of being behind the harassment and bullying of a 15-year-old girl from B.C., but would not confirm the alleged victim was Todd.

The Dutch media organizationOmroep Brabant published the news today, and identified Todd as the victim in a story published Thursday.
The man, who has not been identified, allegedly told the girl to undress in front of a webcam, which she did, and then he saved those images to try to blackmail her.

The man who lived in the Netherlands was transient.

Tranny

So glad to hear they caught him. Let's hope the case makes it through court in a timely fashion so her family can have some closure.

They should have added to give a bully a wedgy. It worked great for me in school as a kids thought he was going to bully a Sicilian.

Burn the fucker.

I sincerely hope they put him in jail and throw away the key. I also hope many legal precedents will be set as this case is tried in court, so it'll be easier to prosecute cybercriminals in future cases.

It was the Amanda Todd case in the media in October 2012, that helped me to identify and define what was happening to me. I started a blog yesterday morning to address the cyberbullying situation in my own life, then saw the news conference on TV shortly after.

Hell...guess I'll teach my son to be a bully then...the other option is just to become some kind of spineless jellyfish.

Screw those suggestions.

1. Fight back and don't stop no matter what. Even if you lose, you're more likely to prevent further bullying.
2. Use cheap shots if you have to. Do whatever you have to do to protect yourself.
3. Stand up for yourself and others. A bully can't stand up against several kids, even if they're all weaklings.

This liberal bullshit has got to go....it's wussifying America.

What he said.
