Does it really matter?. White cop could've said anything but I am with Boing here. Once he tells cop let's fight, it's a big no no.

People get pissed off at the officers when they get caught speeding. The initial reaction anyone takes to anything involving police is that it is their fault. It's just ridiculous. People need to start following the rules or expect to have consequences. But everyone is so confused about that basic idea because we have things like Sanctuary Cities and locally legalized recreational drug use though it's banned by federal law. Everyone just wants to do what they want to do and not have to worry about it. Well.....you do something wrong.....something bad is probably going to happen to you. The police are generally there to make sure that you don't mess up anyone else's life while you're doing it.

I've never had an issue with an officer while complying with his requests and answering yes sir or no sir while conversing with them.

I was mistaken about you good sir, you do conform to society and the rules set forth.
