This is one of my favorite because it's simple to do (I'm not a Chef so this is not my recipe, I've learned how to do it with someone special to me btw she's not a chef either).

_ 400gr fish fillets (Cod fish or tilapia)
_ 4 tomatoes
_ Salt and pepper to taste
_ Olive oil
_ 1 red sweet pepper
_ 5 mushrooms
_ 300gr cheese
_ 1 medium onion

First cover a baking tray/baking pan with aluminum foil; grease the aluminum with the olive oil;

Cut the fish fillets in small pieces and place it on the baking pan;

Lightly salt and pepper (I mean by that only two grains of black peppercorns smashed and sprinkle salt over the fish small pieces);

Slice the tomatoes and place them over the fish;

Peel and slice the onion into rings and place it over the tomatoes;

Chop the red sweet pepper and place it over the onion;

Cover the sweet pepper with cheese;

Chop the mushrooms and place on top.

Wrap with the aluminum, preheat own to 375F, bake covered for approximately 30-35 minutes, uncover and bake for 5 minutes more.

PS; The order is not that important just remember to place the fish first on an oiled aluminum foil into a pan baking and the mushrooms in the end. If you like you could add 3-4 spoons of Ketchup, or two or three garlic teeth nicely chopped on it as well as if don't like black peppercorns or onion you can prepare without it.

Enjoy it.

I am offended! If I don't get a tray of cabbage rolls and a tray of lasagna at my front door, I'm complaining to the Ontario Human Rights Commission!

use tiny words so they understand
