Cupid's Pictures of their Escorts... Good or Bad? Should they get a new style?

People can say things all the time, Agencies are going to do what they want regardless of what people post.

I agree. But hopefully they will at least listen and consider it because it does result in more money being made and more people being satisfied.

But you assume that because it doesn't work for you or even others on this board or other review boards, that the agency must not be making money. That is not the case.

Cupids is clearly making money. Kodack as been doing well as well.

I am just pointing that out.

Also remember that the pics you posted where done by Kbear. Cupids started using Kbear first. They are almost responsible for his job in this industry. They decided to go somewhere else with a different photographer to then separate from the rest of the agencies who started to use Kbear as all the pics where looking the same. Cupids then branded a new photo look with this new photographer.

They made the choice to move away from the style you like. I don't think they are going back.

Personally, their pictures work well for me. I think it would be much more boring to have the same photographer with the same style for all pictures. I'm not a big fan of the 'cookie cutter' style of photography that is so predominant in media.

That seems to be the typical attitude from an Indy SP these days, the whole "if you don't like it f*** off" thing doesn't fly when you run a business, of course that doesn't mean they don't do it but it would clearly be bad for business to tell clients to f*** off. I don't know of Cupid's rep in that area cause I have yet to deal with them in booking, etc... but I'm sure they'd probably flip me the bird if I dropped the name Mufasa, lol..:biggrin:

Then compare them to some of Cupid's and figure it out for yourself...

Note: comparing 1 picture from Cupid's to 1 picture from another agency is obviously not going to mean anything. Try to get a feel for the entire collection from one agency to another and then try to make a decision objectively as to which agencies girls are more attractive in the pics in general. In my own opinion, Cupid's loses to a lot of the agencies that advertise on here and other boards.

I still feel you are pushing advertising maybe for the photographer or the agency whichever.....
It would be like me saying I Love Cupid pictures the Best or Muse or Select.....Or lets get in some Indies say Brynn, Simone Lorens, Gene, Italianna, Amy, etc....

I do not think that the guys who are hobbying are looking at what type of pictures....More like what would get them off......I do not think they sit there and study them.......Just like in the Art World there are different forms......People like it that way, not everybody has the same taste...in Art or Women....

This is just my view point.....to me there are tons of pics women in beds, showers, etc...Different works, also you get a different type of people going for what they want.....

I would disagree. I think that is this era of online reviews, posting on forums etc, that all businesses {not just escorts} have taken a tougher stances on changing to appease the masses.

I am sorry but the "customer is always right" was a bullshit line fed to people back in the day and it is false. The customer is not always right. The client is not always the best client and you are only important to you.

Cupids is losing your business, but I don't think they don't care. They have enough clients and will always get more. I am not trying to rude, but I think the internet has given people a false sense of entitlement and importance. They don't have to tell you to "fuck off", they just don't bother with you while you don't bother them. It works.

You might be suprised but I agree with everything you are saying. BUT, a good business/businessperson tries to get as many clients as they possibly can and tries to include as many people within their scope of clientelle. So, a good business decision would be to make small changes to include a wider scope of clients. It's just good business.

But in this business, you can only take on so many clients. Getting too big in this business can be hurtful as well. Guys don't think about that. Too many girls, too many clients and you lose some of the other things. The personal touches.

You look at 1 thing, the pics. You don't look at all that is involved. The style is set for a reason. It is all neutral in the look. If a girl stands out to a client it is because she stands out. How many escorts sites have you seen that one girls photos are fabulous? The location was right, the lighting was right, etc. Yet another girl who is actually better looking had a bad photoshoot in comparison and therefore is not booking as well. Cupids are done in the same place, same style, and with no background. It makes it even for all her girls. I think I even remember saying that somewhere way back when. It was important to her that the girl is what stood out in the pic.

And don't get me wrong. I voted for change. I don't like the quality of the pics. Style is fine but I find the quality bad. The grainy look to them. It is an equipment issue and the photographer should know that and should be giving better quality for the money being paid, but that is just me. I would bitch all day but I am not there photographer, not a client and have no reason to saying anything to them.

That is what gets my panties in a bunch. It is that entitled opinion. Just because you don't like them and think they should change it, doesn't mean it is going to happen.

All of a sudden you got an incrwase in bookings and revenue, good business but you clearly don't know anything about that. You've probably only worked 9-5 your whole life and never really had a chance to grasp that concept of increasing sales revenue. You an escort right? You make money obviously, but I know 100% that you could make more by making small changes here and there to many different things not only pictures. You get it now.

So, my money is important to them because it represents a lot of other peoples money, which includes their current clients that actually are booking with them already. You money represents your money. That is all. Not others, Only yours.
