Difficulty in determining rates....

I have another conundrum of sorts as well. I have tickets to a musical in October. I thought it would be nice to share with a gentlemen on a extended date. I wouldn't include the cost of tickets as that would be my treat, and yet I have no idea how I would offer this.

October might be too soon, it's best to offer this to a gentleman you've seen a few times.
It's a nice idea though, I hope you attract clients who would appreciate the thought you're putting in this.

Naturally, I just thought $250x2=$500. Seems so simple.

The first hour can be considered the base rate which includes expenses and time you spent preparing for him.
The second hour wouldn't include these items because they've already been accounted for in the first hour. You're not preparing twice.

So you might go $300 for the first hour and then $200 for subsequent hours.
It depends on whether you want to encourage longer bookings or not.

If all went well I would have moved it up to $300.00. Whichever rate you set do not allow anyone to negotiate your price as side from gentlemen you want to keep as regulars and you may offer them a special rate.

I never worked as an indy in my day, I was with an agency which worked out great when I had nothing else on the go. Now with a very good career if I returned for some luxury funds it would have to be the indy route for the purpose of setting my own schedule.

FWIW, the lady I see the most if currently asking $300 per hour, and I'm happy to pay her that. Where there's a demand, there's a market, and vice versa. How well you adjust to market demands will indicate how profitable you will be.

Thank you all for taking the time to share your words of wisdom with me. I think I have figured it out however if not, I will change them to suit what works for me.

Since starting this thread, I have spoken to a few traveling companions and I have to admit I am really thinking of changing things up already. I really love to travel and I am seeing the success that ladies are having traveling all over Canada, and over seas. That has me very excited.

I am looking forward to my big launch. I am doing a "soft" launch now.

I can say I never would have thought there would be so much trill and excitement from starting out as an escort. The possibilities really do seem endless in this industry. I am not overly concerned about my level of service as I feel I am professional, educated, and naturally a sexual beast. My only question now is "Why did I not do this sooner?" LOL
