This is a good debate, don't take it personally Blissful it's just opinions.

I know myself depending on the venue I'm going and with whom I dress accordingly. I weigh many things

1. is this an appropriate dress,
2. will people think differently of me,
3. the old and constant ladies fear of does this make me look fat lol.

I believe most women go through this kind of thinking when we buy clothes and set up our wardrobes.

Only you would see it that way....and like Bliss, you only see or read what you want to read...the gist of the analogy is that in both instances, there are things one can do to possibly prevent harm from coming to you...if you choose not to take those precautions, then that's your choice....
