...If you instructed me to not post in a thread in a public forum I would intentionally do so because to me I would view it as a challenge....
If you were a bank robber with a gun pointed to a hostage's head, and a police officer instructed you to drop your weapon, would you view that as a challenge?
If you were a Catholic priest, and you touched an alter boy's genitals, and you were instructed not to, would you view that as a challenge?
If you were tickling a child, and they instructed you to stop, would you view that as a challenge?
If you were performing cunnilingus on an Exotic dancer in a strip club, and the bouncer instructed you to stop, would you view that as a challenge?
If you were shooting a pellet gun at your neighbour's dog, with the dog tied up in that neighbour's back yard, and he instructed you to stop, would you view that as a challenge?
If you did stop any of those things, but started them again moments later, would it make any difference to the other party that you had stopped, momentarily?
If a person or avatar offered you a hand in friendship, for past transgressions, as a joke, would that person have any future credibility with you?
I don't have the right to prevent anyone here from posting what they want, wherever they want.
They also do not have a right to have their presence acknowledged by me.
I have no obligation to give anyone unlimited opportunities to create fun for their-self by denying me my enjoyment, and expect me to laugh it off.
papasmerf has enough opportunities to make amends. He chose not to exercise any of them. Other people may give him more chances to be a vandal. I'm not them.
When you have an imp in a bottle, you don't let him out, if he promises to change. All you'll do is let an imp out of a bottle, and anyone who does that is a bigger fool than I am.
End of discussion.
