I would like to know how much the store is paying the guy to camp out!!!
I know the retail stores make more than 50% of their profit on Black Friday but this has just gotten stupid.
It is turning people into animals and we are watching this crap on You Tube and the news.
We are almost reverting back to he Roman days and the coliseum.
Maybe we can have Gladiator fights in the parking lot and the winners get a spot in line.

Exactly! I hate crowds and would never go near stores when it is this bad. I once worked in a small computer retail store on Boxing Day and one time was enough to convince me to never work retail again.

I'm also in a good place right now. I have everything I want or need. My kids want for nothing. They have good clothes, fun electronics, and we don't need fancy TVs that are smarter than us. I recently splurged on a really nice jacket. Paid full retail price for it too. But once in a blue moon is ok.

Gotta remember. It's not just about the potential profit. It's getting rid of all the undesired stuff that you couldn't sell throughout the year. It's crazy what people will do when they think they are getting a deal.
