Made with Love

Hello HUBGFE !

'Baby' Bump

(Hey, it's a the biggest thing in Hollywood right now!)

I don't see any inclusion of independent providers here.

Yes, would be nice to see which Indy's abide by the standards too.

Sounds like TRAC is a good resource to know who the good agencies and indies are for both clients and girls looking to get into the business with a reliable agency.

Would also be good to know which agencies/Indy's who have applied but been refused inclusion and the reason for non inclusion (eg, which agencies keep client phone number indefinitely, which agencies name the SP real names on sites, privately share SP face pics with 'special clients' - all things I've heard some agencies doing over the years - none of the current members).

After double-checking their website, I have to agree that I don't see the inclusion of independent providers.

Straight from their site:

By virtue of membership, each agency is required to operate in a manner that:

  • Complies with the Code of Conduct set by the Council.
  • Allows contracting fair representation of Companions
  • Demonstrates their intent to provide fair and ethical representation within the industry
  • Provides companions associated with member agencies a formal and private complaints process
  • Protects client privacy and offers clients of member agencies a formal and private complaints process

Which is all well and good, but as far as indies go, there doesn't seem to be any reason to join. Ethical representation is kind of assured when you're the one representing yourself. And I'd like to think that clients would be comfortable enough with me to voice any concerns they may have, either to me personally, or via phone or e-mail.

Still have yet to post their CODE of CONDUCT, on their site.

Would be good to know what it entails.

This was our thought as well. Independent providers are self regulatory....i.e. they only have themselves to be accountable to. There is however still reason to become affiliated with TRAC. We will have a common database of all bad clients known to every member agency. Also, I would encourage independent providers to communicate their bad client lists as well. The more informed we all are the better this industry becomes for all involved.

Thanks,
TRAC

Good luck.

So I won't have any problems with the law if I book through you?.

There are never guarantees in this business however our standpoint is that your level of risk would be seriously diminished. So the answer in essence is yes.
By utilizing the services of and promoting ethical business practices, we encourage all agencies to operate in this manner.

Doubt it can happen.

Thats where you come in. By refusing to spend your money at an agency that doesn't operate this way. Unless of course you have no problem supporting unethical business practices?
If you want this industry to be safer for you, you need to be willing to take steps to ensure that it's also safer for the ladies that work within it.

I figure you actually mean that not all non-members are unethical and in fact all TRAC members were indeed non-members at one time.

However with TRAC you do have our promise that our members are held to the standards set forth in our policies.
Should you have a problem with a member agency or in the future member SP, TRAC will work with you to make it right.

Could it be said this is true?
