good luck to all those who hunt

try not to shoot any cousins dressed as skunks

1) the only reason we have or need a hunting season is because we've screwed up the natural order of things. We've killed off so many apex predators that deer over populate and many starve during the winter....hence why we need to thin the herds
2) I think, in order to obtain a hunting licence, the issuee has to sign an affadavit that they will butcher and consume the meat from whatever species they kill. They would have x number of weeks to consume the meat and if they don't, they will never be able to obtain a licence again.
3) Hunters will have to provide proof that they have taken the smallest of the species, not the largest. When you kill off the largest, you weaken the gene pool of the herd.
4) If a hunter is caught poaching (hunting on someone else's land) they forfeit their right to own firearms and hunt for a period no less than 10 yrs
5) If a hunter shoots a person, they forfeit 50% of their earnings for the rest of their life, and have their trigger finger amputated.
6) If a hunter shoots, and only wounds the prey, they must find the animal and end it's suffering. If they don't, they will become prey themselves.....

Sorry, I realize the necessity for "hunting" but do not condone it as a sport because, ahem, it is NOT a sport....a sport, as in a sporting chance, pits two opponents against each other on equal terms. Shooting a deer from 500 yrds away with a scope is not sport......in fact, I'd even support a law that bans scopes entirely.....a spotting scope so your partner can find a target, but the shooter must use iron sights to shoot it...if he can't see it, he can't shoot it.

I think a few of your facts are not quite right....

I think it good that people keep the skills of hunting , just has survival skills..

It just like having cows running wild in the forest and you hunting them.......
Most get away.......because they are quick unlike cows.....

Checking to see if we're awake, eh, tboy?

I'll go pour myself a cup of ambition and spend the rest of the day googling hunting violations until I find the link to this penalty

I'm not having the Priest over anymore. He keeps holding up the glass of wine and yells out at the top of his lungs "THE BLOOD OF CHRIST" then gives me a creepy smile. DAMN CRAZY priest!

I think a few of your facts are not quite right....instead of just blatantly saying something like this, back it up....

I think it good that people keep the skills of hunting , just has survival skills..I think it would be better if people learned how to read and write proper english, that would be more useful than knowing how to shoot.....as for survival skills, yeah, you never know when Loblaws will run out of something.....

It just like having cows running wild in the forest and you hunting them.......huh? that makes NO sense whatsoever.....
Most get away.......because they are quick unlike cows.....ummmmm huh again? I don't know how many times you've been hunting, but when deer can be shot on your front or back lawn 5 or 6 days a week, and when you see them walking through town.....

please see above
