I’m not sure when Judge Adams is up for re-election, but I’m doubtful if he will be re-elected after this video went viral last night . Coincidentally this guy is a family law judge. There again we’re talking Texas, the same state that executes the mentally ill, so he just might be re-elected with a pat on the back.

His daughter Hillary Adams who was born with , recently uploaded this video of him whooping the hell out of her when she was sixteen yrs old, in 2004, for downloading games and music. Her mother joins in.

And it’s not just his daughter Hillary, a lot of others think Judge Adams is corrupt, not pleased with his judgements and want to see the guy gone. While main stream media haven’t caught up, it’s all over the net in forums, blogs and social net works. I can only assume someone is going to have a full inbox this morning.

So far his home address, phone number and other personal info has been posted on forums all over the internet. Not sure posting his home address is a good idea…A lawyer told me once that it wasn’t drug dealers and your run of the mill criminal he feared, it was plaintiffs and defendants in family and divorce courts.

2004: Aransas County Court-At-Law Judge William Adams took a belt to his own teenage daughter as punishment for using the internet to acquire music and games that were unavailable for legal purchase at the time. She has had ataxic cerebral palsy from birth that led her to a passion for technology, which was strictly forbidden by her father’s backwards views.

The judge’s wife was emotionally abused herself and was severely manipulated into assisting the beating and should not be blamed for any content in this video. The judge’s wife has since left the marriage due to the abuse, which continues to this day, and has sincerely apologized and repented for her part and for allowing such a thing, long before this video was even revealed to exist.

Judge William Adams is not fit to be anywhere near the law system if he can’t even exercise fit judgement as a parent himself. Do not allow this man to ever be re-elected again. His “judgement” is a giant farce. Signed, Hillary Adams, his daughter.

It’s not clear why she waited so long or who placed the recording device in her room, but Hillary is out to get him and wants the world to know the type of human he is.

There is a BIG difference between a swat on the ass and a prolonged beating with a belt, ESPECIALLY for a child who is mentally challenged, no let me correct that... for any child. I used to get the odd ass kicking by my dad, but never did it come anywhere close to anything like that. I still learned my lesson just fine.

Well player, I've had (what you could call) worse than that....on bare legs with a wire rod.....I think the scars faded when I was in my late teens early 20's.....yes, a belt stings like a bastard, yes, it makes a lot of noise, but the wider it is, the less it hurts (larger area of impact so the force is distributed over a wider area). I tell you, I'd have preferred to get hit with a belt over some of the other things I've been hit with.

I've been hit with a wide belt, and a narrow one and believe me, the narrow one hurts for a LOT longer......

Yes, the video is disturbing. Yes he went ovecommunity. Yes he shouldn't have done it. But let's get real here. It does look a LOT worse than it is and I think the verbal abuse is FAR more damaging than the belt strikes.

The cop said "she is your parent, under ______ law a parent has the right to strike you but you do NOT have the right to strike her". He then asked the mother whether she wanted the daughter arrested or not.....

Just because you were abused (and it was abuse, not just your parents 'setting you straight' or whatever euphemism you might choose to use) which you have my deepest sympathies for, doesn't mean it's right for anyone else to be abused. Full stop. No caveat, no 'oh it was just a belt and not a wire rod', no 'oh she had track pants on' Abuse begets more abuse. It's the lowest common denominator approach to parenting. There's a difference between a firm spank and abuse. Personally I think both shouldn't be used, but I suppose there's a place for a firm spank. Not for lashing with a wire rod, or a parent screaming 'I'll beat the fuck out of your face' That's abuse, and even if it was as common as you say it was 'back in the day' doesn't mean it wasn't abuse 'back in the day'

I think a swat on the behind done without screaming vulgarities is not a bad thing in some situations but for what the Judge did he deserves to be pushing a broom in a prison. I was watching CNN last night and the mother was sitting with her daughter speaking to Piers Morgan and putting all the blame on her husband. That I thought was bullshit, she was almost as bad. Only difference is she seems to realize it while the Judge is still trying to justify it.

Just food for thought: there are people in this world that also classify forcing a child to sit through church or go to sunday school as child abuse. It is all relative. As someone in the article stated: the laws of texas allow a parent to strike a child, it is the determination of whether it constitutes child abuse that is in question.

Love it, it's called a good upbringing! The Judge is a douche but people who get all upset because a mom or dad is slapping a kids backside in the Walmart parking lot are also douches with too much time on their hands.

I've had my share of beatings at the end of my fathers belt. I remember at the age of 13 I shoplifted a candy bar, Oh Henry to be exact and a lighter, don't ask why the lighter I didn't even smoke. I was caught by the shop keeper and my parents were promptly called. I remember the owner of the store giving me 2 choices which were the police or my parents. I should have chosen the police but I didn't. My father came to pick me up and on the drive home he was quiet, I mean not a word, I knew I was about to get it and get it hard. As soon as he opened the door I ran to my room and I could hear him close behind. I barely landed on the bed before I felt the hard leather striking my pants and fuck did it sting. He let loose with about 4 to 5 good whacks, let me tell you he was hitting my behind as hard as he could. Yeah by today's standards he would have been jailed but I have to say I never gave shoplifting another thought, never. He to this day has never said a word about it and now he's 84 years old and we get along great. Just my 2 cents, I think what the judge did was wrong and he will pay the price in some form of punishment.

The only lashing I ever received was from a ladies tongue, reading some of these stories wow I was very lucky having the parents I've had.
