Exactly. You can fast from certain items, do a liquid fast where you abstain from solid foods, or fast from eating altogether.

I abstain from meat, alcohol and this year I am doing my best to quite smoking.

I do eat one normal sized meals per day and that can include most anything I have not abstained from.

So I eat a lot of rice, beans, fish, fruit, veggies and SUNBUTTER.

Ya can not get much closer than Buffalo


What is pretty cool is at Niagara Falls there are Black Squirrels
Only other place I have seen them is Fredrickburg
