Since I am one of the members that said that I was in favour of the Death Penalty I guess I should comment on this post
First when I said that I am in favour o the Death Penalty no details were discussed.
I believe our present judicial system is not set up in such a manner as to be handing out death penalties or life without parole sentences
As you can see by the first post errors can and will happen especially when you have less than stellar cops and lawyers
I feel sorry for the wrong conviction and I hope that the police department and the lawyers involved (both sides) get their asses handed to them
And just for the record I am still in favour the Death Penalty!!!
