I try to refrain from using swear words but HOF, the use of that word is quite offensive to me when its used flippantly like that.

I agree. Flipping that word around just because you can does nothing for the community. Within certain contexts in life I can swear like a trooper. I think I have used that word once in the last 30 years. Even within the context of profanity it is an odious expression.

I can honestly say it is one of the few words I have never uttered. That and the derogatory for a black person are words I won't ever use, not because I don't swear (I do, perhaps excessively) but because of the connotations that they conjure.
