I always have sleep issues. But when I fall asleep its like I'm in a coma. Good luck waking me.
Only thing that wakes me easily is my dreams for some reason.
I still want to wake up that special way my wife never does

Lately I've been sleeping better... I think its because I leave the window open and get a lot of fresh air.

I also find that if I wake in the middle of the night to pee, if I don't turn on a lot of lights, I get back to sleep easily. If I do turn on lights, I never get back to sleep.
