This happens all the time. Do you have any idea how many people use the red board's name in their meta tags. I know of places that use it as a sub domain name to their own site. For example. "t-name.escortwebsitename.com It happens in all business/industry online. Guess how many Microsoft sites have apple written in coding, tags, etc. It is the nature of the beast.
Keywords can be anything, including names, but to be honest, it doesn't work as well as her "webmaster" must have told her. There is no linking, or meta, etc. This is the lowest of keyword usage and will barely affect places like Google. In that type of ranking, your other ads/website, will come up on top always.
Where it does work well however is on BP. If someone is searching your name on BP, then yes, her ad will pop up right away. It is therefore more of an issue with BP as it is their system that she is unethically abusing.
However, it is not stealing. Not in any way, shape or form.
I can understand it being a pain in the ass and yes, she is clearly laughing her ass off at your upset about it. She doesn't care and that happens in any business but in this industry which is really cut throat and I only see it getting worse this year based on the economical position we are all in, you will see more and more tactics like this. Whether BP cares or not, who knows. It is $$$ first for most of these places. It is not steal, it is not lying, it is not impersonation, so they could very well tell you, tough luck.
Although it is funny that she would waste advertising space on keys. BP has a limit of 500 characters {I think that is the amount} in their ads, so she is limiting herself by having all those characters for keywords when a lot of men are not really going to search BP via escort names. They will search service menu items, but not names.
She is your direct competition and she is making sure that if people search for you, they get her AS WELL. It still does not take away from you. It just means you may have to work a little harder in your advertising.
Sucks - I know. However, it is what it is, and there really is not much you can do to stop it.
EDIT: Can I make a suggestion though? I would re-email BP but not with a bitchy "get her shit down" type email. I would point out to them dollar and sense wise how this can negatively affect them. If others figure this out, it could cause a lot of issue for them in the future reagrding other complaints, search usages etc.
