I'm imagining that I'm hosting an hypothetical house party, for twenty-six people. I invite twelve HUBGFE members, six of my own gender, and six of the opposite.
The host, and each guest who has been invited, may select one guest of their choice to join them, if they RSVP, to indicate that they would attend, (by a post in this thread), and by indicating who their guest would be, and what, if anything, they would bring with them.
I would supply: Platters of raw vegetables, endless supply of my home made dip, a variety of different types of bread, 200 chicken wings, (50 honey garlic, 50 barbeque, 100 suicide), 24 bottles of wine, (12 red/ twelve white), four baked lake trout, with vegetable stuffing, ten lemons, a box of salt, a full grinder of pepper, Tabasco and Worchestershire sauce, three 40 ounce bottles of Tequila, and ten grams of "Mark''s personal hybrid weed, developed from cross pollinating three carefully chosen strains.
Activities and amenities offered would include: Party games, (charades, Twister, 'caps', and a pinball machine), conversation, and access to a sauna and indoor swimming pool, and two beach towels, per person.
My invitees would be: Maurice Boscorelli, Candyman, bolt.upright, Jasper, Jessie James, Prick, Miss Jessica Lee, IfYouSeekAmy, SillyGirl, Reverse, Melanie, and bridget_xo. My guest would be someone who does not post on this board.
If you were invited, and if you would come, please name your guest, and tell us what you would bring with you.
