Demien and Muckchelle are a breath of fresh air discussing a topic from different points of view and still remaining civil unlike the activist responses coming from the "I'm so offended" crowd.

Just for the record, I agree with Demien and I'm proud of it but @LickingGravity I'm still a lefty and make no mistake about it.

aw thanks lol just always trying to dispel the dumb angry blonde myths. your fearlessness to step up against the majority is always refreshing and something most could learn from! @Madman is a good guy, most are just reluctant to see a different point of view when presented with hostile remarks.

@demien3k5 not sure about the first bit bc we’re still in the part where baby boomers lead population distribution towards an elderly dominant demographic but with both ways, maybe traditional thinking will die off and decrease the prevalence of oppression along with it. your second paragraph is so true it’s sad. i like seeing opposing opinions and its even better when they are able to change mine! your education shows, i’ve only been alive half the time you’ve been in school so i’m far from done. i’m not in social sci/humanities/psych so i don’t have my views challenged very often hahahah who knew it’d happen on an escort review board.

i apologize for making it appear like your opinions are based off genetics and you hadn’t done much to get where you are but i really meant your gender, race and culture may have been a factor in your perceptions bc you haven’t been the subject of a serious hate crime (which is good!). also should’ve made this clearer but i grew up in england (androcentric and judgemental) and asia (largely misogynistic) with my family being seen as half an outsider in either country. the contrast in canada is insane, couldn’t be any happier being able to be around those who value having your own mind!
